     A.I.R.Lucknow observes Babasaheb's 121st 

    birth anniversary

 

Lucknow: Additional Director General All India Radio  Gulab Chand  on Friday inaugurated a seminar titled 'Bharat Ratna Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar-Icon for Social Justice" to mark Ambedkar's 121st birth anniversary at the akashvani auditorium  here. The event was organized by A.I.R Lucknow.

        The floral tribute was paid to the champion of the downtrodden and spent time villagers at the meeting  place Speaking on the occasion, Mr.Nawal Kishore the Additional Registrar Cooperative Societies  said  "He (Ambedkar) has been a source of inspiration behind many of our developmental policies. Every family in society must remember his values which talks about literate India, caste less and secular society."

Meanwhile, many other dignitaries and  media experts paid tribute by expressing their views to Babasaheb.A short musical programme was also an attraction on this occasion.
